On Monday morning, Musqueam Band members blocked entry to a condo development site. The construction of the “HQ Living” condos was scheduled to begin Monday morning. The BC government granted the developer permission to develop the site, despite opposition from Musqueam members and even though the area is a federally recognized historical site.
